1. How to Submit a Request
Email info@flyvexsports.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and include the account email, the type of request (access, correction, deletion, or other), and enough detail for us to locate your account.
If you are signed in, you may also start a request from Manage Account → Legal & Privacy.
2. Verification
We may need to verify that you control the account before fulfilling certain requests.
3. Limits
Some records (including consent/audit history and billing records) may be retained as required for legal, security, or operational reasons even when account content is deleted.
