Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (version 2026-07-26-v2) applies to FlyVex Sports websites and services, including parent-controlled athlete dossiers, parent dashboards, FlyVex Guardian™ controls, FlyVex Connect™, and FlyVex GymOS™ (coach/gym portal) features.

FlyVex does not operate a public athlete directory, follower network, comment threads, or direct-message social layer.

We may collect account information (such as email), billing-related information processed by our payment provider, athlete profile content you choose to upload (including photos, videos, scores, and meet records), gym connection and Connect Code request information, consent and authorization records, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Connect Codes used to start a gym connection request are handled through protected Connect workflows and are not stored as published athlete-profile content.

We use information to provide and improve the services, process subscriptions, honor FlyVex Guardian™ visibility and sharing settings, process FlyVex Connect™ authorizations, operate FlyVex GymOS™ gym tools for approved relationships, communicate about your account, and maintain security and integrity.

Athlete dossiers are parent-controlled. Through FlyVex Guardian™, the parent account manages privacy, sharing, invite/private-link access, account preferences, and gym-connection approvals or revocation for the athlete dossiers they control.

Athlete pages are private by design and typically available by private link or approved access path rather than public discovery. Anyone who obtains a private link may be able to view or further share it; private links are not a guarantee against redistribution.

FlyVex Connect™ is an exact-gym request workflow. A parent (or authorized adult) may enter a Connect Code to preview a gym and submit a connection request for a specific athlete dossier.

A Connect Code alone never grants access. The gym must recognize/confirm the athlete, and the parent must give final approval before the connection becomes active.

Parents and gyms may revoke active connections through the product’s connection-management controls, subject to processing time and technical limitations.

For supported photo and video uploads, FlyVex attempts to strip or re-encode media to reduce embedded metadata before permanent storage. Processing is intended to fail closed: unsanitized objects should not remain as active permanent media when scrubbing fails.

Known limitations may include unsupported formats (such as HEIC), serverless processing limits for large videos, and legacy media rows that may remain marked with an unknown scrubbing status until replaced.

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the service, which may include hosting, database, file storage, payment processing, and email delivery providers.

When you approve FlyVex Connect™ for a gym, authorized coaches at that gym may access athlete information made available through Connect for that gym relationship only.

We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.

Athlete dossiers are designed to be created and controlled by parents or legal guardians. See the Terms of Use for notice and verifiable parental-consent language applicable to children under 13 in circumstances covered by COPPA.

This draft does not claim COPPA certification or attorney-approved compliance. Final child-privacy language requires attorney review before open-market launch.

We retain account, athlete, consent, and media records as needed to operate the service, honor legal obligations, and process deletion or export requests.

Parents may request inspection, correction, export, or deletion of personal information through the Privacy Request page, Data Deletion page, or by emailing info@flyvexsports.com.

Standard privacy-rights data export remains free or handled according to applicable law and is separate from FlyVex Legacy Archive™. Legacy Archive is an optional paid organization and presentation service; it does not replace legally required access, review, correction, deletion, or portability rights.

If you request account deletion, request any needed privacy export or Legacy Archive before deletion where possible. Deleted data cannot necessarily be reconstructed into an archive afterward.

Delivered Legacy Archive packages are provided through private, expiring download links for the family to preserve. FlyVex does not promise indefinite server retention of those packages.

Account deletion and related processing follow our operational deletion procedures and applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.
